Fast to take my money...but slow to respond to my requests
I feel ripped off
I've sent 4 emails to Tweakbit requesting the activation code. No response.
Paid $89 for it. Got a message that "within 15 minutes" I would receive an activation key.
Nothing.
16 minutes later, I wrote asking when I would get the key. No response.
It's now 12 hours later. No response, no key, no product.
Umm, do I feel I was misled and then ripped off? Yes indeed I do.
It is Sunday and the FCC is closed but they deserve a serious complaint. I don't appreciate being misled and ripped off.
Company gets 1 star in every category because they took my money and I never heard from them.
